Major explosion happened at gas storage facility in Shymkent

Three tankers exploded at the gas filling station in Shymkent. A 20-year-old man was injured in the incident, Kazpravda.kz reports citing the press service of the RK MIA Emergency Committee.
It was established that at about 11:03, a cistern of 200 cubic meters caught fire followed by fire and then explosion of 3 tankers and one trailer.
According to the CES, the fire was localized at 12:21 and was liquidated at 12:53.
A 20-year-old man, a pump operator, was hospitalized with burns.
