Kulshmanov Kanat Amangeldinovich has been appointed acting head of the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister.
Kanat Kulshmanov graduated from ENU named after L. Gumilyov majoring in journalism. He has a PhD degree.
He began his career in 2007 as a correspondent for the Kazinform news agency.
Over the years, he worked as a press secretary of the akim of the Aktobe region, director of the public relations department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, deputy head of the apparatus of the akim of the Zhambyl region.
From June 2021 to the present, he has been the head of the press service of NC KazMunayGas JSC.
