The Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the plenary session terminated the powers of the deputy Mukhtar Yerman at his own will, Kazpravda.kz correspondent reports.
As Shavkat Utemisov, a member of the Central Election Commission, noted, Mukhtar Yerman filed an application for early termination of the powers of a Majilis deputy.
"The deputy of the Majilis filed an application for early termination of his powers at his own request. In this regard, the CEC, in accordance with the Constitution and the law "On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies," submits a recommendation for the early termination of his powers," Shavkat Utemisov said.
