President ordered new appointment of Olzhas Tuleuov

By the order of the Head of State, Tuleuov Olzhas Ayazbievich was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Olzhas Tuleuov was born on November 7, 1990 in the Shet district of the Karaganda region, graduated from the Higher School of Economics and Business of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi; magistracy of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, completed an internship and advanced training courses: at the Solbridge Business School of Wusong University, Republic of Korea; at the Central Bank of Russia; in the National Banks of the Czech Republic and Switzerland; at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). 

He worked in the city communal services of Balkhash, Karaganda region (2012-2013); business analyst at AERC (2013-2015); intern, leading analyst, chief analyst of the research and statistics department of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2015-2018); deputy director, managing director of the Applied Economic Research Center (2018-2020); Vice-President of JSC "Center for Development of Human Resources" under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (06.2020-09.2020); advisor to the Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan (since 09.2020).
