Acceptance of electronic applications for the first classes began in Kazakhstan: what documents are needed

In Kazakhstan, the acceptance of applications for the first classes has started. More than 13 thousand electronic applications have already been received, 10 thousand of them - on the first day of admission - last Friday, another 3 thousand - since the beginning of today's working day, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The press service recalled that for the convenience of citizens, the service for enrolling children in schools is automated and carried out through the egov.kz web portal.

The acceptance of documents for enrolling children in grade 1 began on April 1 and will last until August 1, 2022.

“We place great emphasis on the automation of all services that we provide to citizens. UNT, Olympiads at all levels have been translated into electronic format. This gives many advantages, and one of the most important is the transparency of all processes. We are for maximum openness and the creation of comfortable conditions for citizens. Already on the first day of receiving documents, more than 10 thousand electronic applications were received through the egov.kz portal. Such figures indicate that digital public services of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan are popular among the population,” said Vice Minister of Education and Science Aibat Ilyasov.

The ministry noted that children are admitted to grade 1 on the basis of a personal application of a parent or legal representative of a child.

The following documents are also required: a copy of the child's birth certificate; a document on the state of health in the form 026 / y-3; a document on the state of health in the form 065 / y and two 3x4 photographs (the procedure for admitting children to school is defined in the Standard Rules for Admission to Education, approved by order of the Minister of Education and Science dated October 12, 2018 No. 564).
