You can return your seat online if there is less than 1 hour left before the departure of the passenger train from the station of its formation and up to 1 hour after departure from the station indicated on the electronic ticket.
To issue a return of a seat, on the main page of the BILET.RAILWAYS.KZ website, select the tab "Return of a seat on a claim", fill in all the necessary fields on the site and download a receipt for the return of a seat.
"Passengers should take into account that the money will be returned to the passenger in the prescribed manner, depending on the method and place of purchase of an electronic travel document (ticket)," the press service said.
