Minister of Justice Kanat Musin in the CCS commented on the return of Kairat Satybaldy's 28.8% stake in Kazakhtelecom to state ownership through a donation agreement, Kazpravda.kz correspondent reports.
Media representatives asked if this is an adequate form of return of large assets, and whether it will happen that it will be possible to challenge the previous decision and return them to the former owner.
“According to the law “On State Property”, state property is acquired, including under donation agreements - this is a form provided for by law. The transaction under the donation agreement is drawn up in the manner prescribed by law, notarized, all the necessary formalities are observed, and therefore, there is no reason to say that tomorrow it can be challenged for some points and terminated, at the moment there is no such reason and I'm sure it won't appear," said Kanat Musin.
