Number of flights between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan growing

The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported an increase in the number of regular passenger flights between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, Kazpravda.kz reports.

Thus, the Tajik airline Somon Air, starting from April 25, plans to increase the number of international flights from Dushanbe to Almaty from one to two flights per week on B737 type aircraft.

Also, the Kazakh airline Air Astana plans to increase the number of flights between Dushanbe and Almaty from one to three flights a week from May 1, and from three to four flights a week on A320 aircraft from June 1.

Thus, the total number of flights between countries will reach 6 flights per week.

Flights will be operated with strict observance of sanitary and epidemiological requirements and in accordance with the published schedule on the websites of the airlines, the MIID added.
