Yelzhan Chupekov, Head of the Administrative Police Department of the Nur-Sultan City Police Department, explained the reason for the cases when motorists receive double fines for the same violation, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to Kazinform.
“As with any technology, there are certainly such mistakes in a million. But they do not happen often, these are purely technical errors. In such cases, citizens need to contact us, and we will conduct checks. That is, we have completely eliminated the human factor there. All this happens for technical reasons,” explained Ye. Chupekov.
Earlier on the social network, users complained that they received two fines indicating almost the same time of violation, or fines for violations that they did not make.
