During the meeting, the President congratulated all Muslims of Kazakhstan on the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.

Nauryzbay kazhy Taganuly informed the Head of State that 2022, at the initiative of the SAMK, is dedicated to the theme "Islam - the religion of unity and solidarity." In this regard, various forums are planned throughout the year.
The Supreme Mufti reported on the implementation of a number of initiatives of a spiritual and educational nature. As an example, he cited the opening of the "School of Grandmothers", which is designed to strengthen the connection between generations.
The President was informed about the events to be organized by the Spiritual Administration during the Oraza fast, as well as about the forthcoming establishment of the Board of Supreme Muftis of Turkic-speaking countries.
