By order of the Head of State, Zheldibay Ruslan Sultanuly was appointed press secretary of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Ruslan Zheldibay was born in 1989 in the Zhambyl region, graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov, University of Warwick (Great Britain). Graduate of the Bolashak program.
He began his career in 2012 as an editor on the Kazakhstan TV channel.
In 2012-2018 - head of department, producer on the Almaty TV channel.
In 2018-2019 - acting head, head of the department for information work in the Internet space and social networks of the Committee for Information and Communications.
In 2019-2020 - Deputy Chairman of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From May 2020 to February 2022, he was Deputy Head of the Internal Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since February 2022, he has been Deputy Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
