Reason for failure of Internet named in Kazakhtelecom

Kazakhtelecom JSC explained the reason for temporary problems with the Internet in Kazakhstan, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the company's press service.

"Due to a short-term load in the direction of the Google DNS servers, an increase in response time to these servers was recorded. The traffic was balanced, the problem has now been eliminated," Kazakhtelecom said in a statement.

The company noted that the difficulties with access to the Internet were of a short-term nature.

"We thank the customers for their patience and understanding," the press service added.
