Snow and rain expected in Kazakhstan

RSE "Kazhydromet" provided weather forecast for the republic for April 7-9, Kazpravda.kz reports.

According to the weather service, precipitation in the form of snow and rain will come to Kazakhstan.

"In the coming three days, with the passage of atmospheric frontal sections, an unstable weather is expected in most of the republic's territory: precipitation in the form of snow and rain is forecast, in the southern part - rains with thunderstorms, in the southern part, in the center and in the east of the country - heavy precipitation in the form of rain," forecasters said.

Fog and increased wind will be observed across the republic, Kazhydromet noted.

The northern part of the republic will be affected by the Western anticyclone, with which at the end of the period there will be no precipitation, the meteorological service added.
