Majilis starts amendments to the budget for 2022-2024

The Majilis has started work on the bills “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On a Guaranteed Transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2024” and “On Amendments and Additions to the Law “On the Republican Budget for 2022-2024,” Kazpravda.kz correspondent reports.

As Marat Kusainov, head of the relevant committee of the chamber, noted, the amendments were developed in connection with the adjustment of the forecast of macro-economic indicators for 2022-2026.

“In addition, they are aimed at implementing the instructions of the Head of State, as well as annual messages to the people of Kazakhstan, and at fulfilling a number of obligations. The Financial Budget Committee is ready to prepare an opinion on this bill by June 1, 2021," Marat Kusainov said.
