Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Zhambakin announced plans to reduce the burden on civil servants - the department wants to significantly reduce reporting, Kazpravda.kz reports.
Askar Zhambakin said that an analysis of the reports was carried out last year and at the beginning of this year.
“About 500 unique reporting forms are requested by government agencies from each other. This is what civil servants do all day long. Specialists do nothing but fill out forms for each other, for different government agencies. Today, no more than 30% of our reports are automated. Most of them duplicate the indicators. We set ourselves the goal of reducing the number of reports to 50% over the next few years. Until next year, eliminate at least duplicative ones, transfer the collection of technical data,” said Askar Zhambakin.
According to him, digital accounting should appear in every area.
