Since the beginning of the year in the capital, according to Astana employment and social programs department, 10 job fairs and job vacancies were held, including for employment of persons with disabilities, during which about 8 122 people asked for assistance, 317 employers took part in the fairs, astana.kz informed.
The department organized and conducted 24 mini-auctions and involved people with disabilities in them.
Since the beginning of the year 386 persons with disabilities asked for assistance, including: 122 people – have got jobs, 51 - started vocational training, 182 people – started a paid public work, 32 - employed on social workplaces, 11 people – sent to the youth practice.
